Nightmare Before Christmas Party Idea

It is the Christmas season, and film has become a fairly large part of the Christmas season. Along with classics like It's a Wonderful Life and Miracle on 34th Street there is another great movie that has become a part of the cannon of Halloween and Christmas films. Director Tim Burton created The Nightmare Before Christmas; the story of Jack, the "Pumpkin King" who decides he wants to do something different next year rather than Halloween. After wandering through the night, he comes across a circle of trees, each of which features a different iconic holiday shape. After choosing to investigate the tree that represented Christmas, Jack discover Christmas Town and decides to make the best Christmas ever. This is a great film for the family with music and humor, though some younger children may find some of the Halloween Town characters a little frightening despite the film's light-hearted nature. Since it is Christmas time, this film would make a great theme for your Christmas party.
